Fun with Friends

We had Macks and Kimballs over so they could see our house and for and "old times" bbq. When we started in Iowa and met each other there was three kids. Now there is nine with one on the way for my friend Mare.

My kids are monkeys and they climb up the top of the slide so I started to take a picture, but then I thought they were going to fall so I yelled for Bri to get them and he gave me crap for taking a picture.
Jantzen and Evan love hanging out together.

The cutest little princesses.

This is definately "old times." The guys at the computer and the little girls dressing Dallin up.

Swimming Fun

I am so far behind on my blog and I have had these pictures on for awhile, and I just needed to write something and publish it so the first pics are of us at the Brigham Pool.

My sister Heather has Mondays off at school so we went and picked her up one day and headed to Bear Lake.

We did the mermaids really fast because Jantzen was hungry so they aren't the best.

Fun at Grandma's and Grandpa's

Here is the little guys graduation. He spoke and did a great job. My mom's baby is all grown up. Poor little Jantz has such bad dry skin that we have to put a bandaid on his face so he won't itch it. I hope everyone likes his mother-of-pearl buttons because I think they are sweet.
One of the girls favorite thing to do is jump on the tramp with the water and Jocelyn even got into it this year.

My girls love to go rite my Aunt Janis' pony Charlie Brown. Joce just kept saying, "wow dis fun mommy!" Thanks Aunt Janis you are awesome.

The saddle was so cool. It was so little and fit their little bums perfectly.

Around the House

These pictures are of the week that we were trying to paint and move into our house so the kids were pretty busy and we found Jocelyn asleep around 5 when we didn't want her sleeping.

Jocelyn loves hanging out with Jantzen. I don't know if he always appreciates it but she is such a good big sister.

These are their Easter dresses and I have to say that they are so cute on them. This isn't the best picture but I did my best to just have them hold still for a minute.

Our House

We are finally getting into a house, and we are so excited. We have been looking for awhile now and a couple of things fell through but it was a blessing because we got this one for a much better price and it is a lot bigger then that other ones we looked at. We will be living in Perry and the neighborhood is great. We live a couple of blocks from the elementary school. This is the back of the house. One day we would like to have a deck instead of just those stairs.
The basement is completly unfinished and we will put in 3 bedrooms, a family room, cold storage room, and a bathroom.

This is Lexie and Jocelyn's favorite part since they can just run around everywhere.

This is going to be Lexie and Jocelyn's room but they picked out pink for their paint color. So I am going to do the wall by the window pink and the other 3 tan.

This is just a half bath off of the garage. There are three bathrooms upstairs. 2 are full and one half.

Our kitchen. I don't have a picture of the dining area, but I love it because it is so open.

The living room and entry way. The bedroom with the door open is Jantzen's. It has double doors so it will become an office one day.

The property was foreclosed so it is actually pretty clean compared to other foreclosed places we have seen but there is a big peace sign in Jantzen's room and there is paragraphes of conversations on the wall. Nothing a magic eraser can't fix. So these are all the before pictures and I was post after we have everything painted.

Easter

I didn't get a picture of all the kids in their Easter clothes because we were in a hurry to get to church and then Jantzen pooped out of his so I didn't get a chance to get all of them together.

We went to a candy scramble at the park. I remember when I was a kid there was always so many people there so I thought that it would be fun for my kids. There was hardly any people there and they got so much candy that if you come to my house for Halloween this year you will probably get a hand fun of dum-dums because I will still have enough.
